Founded in 1973 by Cyndi Folds and Linda Higgins, One Design Center, Inc. has created unique and functional interiors for a broad spectrum of clients. Our experience encompasses hotels, restaurants, clubs, offices, retail and other public facilities.

Having worked on a myriad of projects varying in size, function and complexity, our knowledge of design requirements for different businesses is vast. Innovative design solutions, an extensive knowledge of manufacturing sources and efficient project management provide cost-effective services to our clients.

ONE DESIGN CENTER, INC., has developed a total concept approach as the most efficient means to accomplish a successful project. Proven methods and disciplines ensure cost-effectiveness in achieving the maximum functional and aesthetic potential of any space.

As an independent contract firm, our designs and specifications are totally oriented to individual client requirements, with the purchase of furnishings offered as an optional service. Although we have completed hundreds of projects, each one is an individual undertaking. We do not adhere to any one design philosophy...we are always flexible and open to new concepts.

Our primary goal is to create superb, innovative and functional interiors that support each client's specific marketing strategy. In doing so, we explore the full range of creative solutions to select the best. We believe every project is unique and requires a design appropriate to it alone.
