Hilton -- Burlington, VT

The Hilton, Burlington, Vermont was a complete renovation of a full service hotel, which was originally built in the 1970's. The scope of the project included 264 guestrooms, a full-service restaurant, lobby, lobby bar, and all public and meeting spaces. The New England setting influenced our design direction to use a warm color palette and a selection of natural materials to evoke Vermont's regal fall foliage.

Hasentree -- Raleigh, NC

Hasentree, a Creedmoor Partners development and a Tom Fazio designed championship golf course community, is located outside of Raleigh adjacent to Falls Lake Park. The Pro Shop was the first building to be completed in the serene setting of Falls Lake. The Family Activities Center will be completed May 2008 as the family gathering center for children, teen and adult activities.
